Digital Products

All products sold on WoodPlanPro are digital downloads delivered electronically.

Because digital products cannot be physically returned, all sales are generally considered final.


Refund Eligibility

We may offer a refund in the following situations:

  • You did not receive your download link

  • The file is corrupted or inaccessible

  • You were charged multiple times for the same order

  • There is a technical issue preventing access to the product

If you experience any of these issues, please contact us and we will work to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be provided for:

  • Accidental purchases

  • Change of mind

  • Lack of software knowledge

  • Failure to read the product description

  • Downloaded or accessed digital files
