1. General Conditions

By agreeing to these Terms of Use, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of our products or services without express written permission from WoodplanPro.

2. Digital Products & Intellectual Property

License: All metalworking and woodworking project plans, blueprints, PDFs, and related digital assets purchased on WoodplanPro are protected by copyright laws.
Personal & Commercial Use: Purchasing a plan grants you a non-exclusive license to use the blueprints to build physical items for personal use or small-scale commercial sales.
Prohibited Use: You may NOT share, redistribute, resell, re-license, or upload the original digital PDF files, blueprints, or instructions to any website, forum, or third-party platform.

3. Accuracy of Information & Modifications

We strive to provide accurate, high-quality blueprints with precise measurements. However, you are responsible for safely using shop tools and verifying project dimensions prior to cutting or fabrication.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any product or service without prior notice.

4. Payments & Delivery

All purchases are processed through secure third-party payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal, etc.).
Upon successful payment, digital download links are delivered instantly on the order confirmation page and via email.

5. Limitation of Liability

WoodplanPro and its owners shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or direct/indirect damages arising from the build process, improper tool usage, or reliance on project blueprints. Builders assume all safety responsibilities within their own workshops.
